The second webinar in our series on Financial Health saw a global panel of experts – Alejandra Ruales (Financial Health Network), Anik Muntasir Chowdhury (MSC) and David Ribar (Georgia State University) – discuss their experiences of measuring Financial Health and Wellbeing. Key insights included the need for a human-centered approach when designing policies, products and services; how financial behaviours trump income; measuring and extrapolating financial data is extremely difficult; and collaboration is essential for innovative research.
